Michael Fitzpatrick, (Chairman)

Mike Fitzpatrick joined the board on 5 October 2004. He was the founder and Managing Director of Hastings Funds Management Limited. Prior to establishing Hastings in 1994, he was a Director of Credit Suisse First Boston. He is also a Director of Rio Tinto Ltd, Rio Tinto plc, a commissioner of the Australian Football League and former Chairman of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation and Australian Sports Commission.

Mr Fitzpatrick is a member of Treasury Group's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee and a Director of Investors Mutual Limited.

Mark Burgess, (Managing Director)

Mark Burgess joined the board on 17 December 2008, having been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company since October 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Burgess worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management as Executive Vice Chairman and CEO for Europe, Middle East & Africa.

Mr Burgess is a Director of Treasury Asia Asset Management, Investors Mutual, Global Value Investors, AR Capital Management and Aubrey Capital Management.

David Cooper, (Executive Director)

David Cooper joined the board on 8 August 2005, having been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company since July 2004. Mr Cooper joined Treasury Group Limited in July 2002 as Strategic Investments Manager. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Head of the Institutional Division at Perpetual Investments Ltd.

Mr Cooper is a Director of Orion Asset Management and Cannae Capital Partners.

Peter Kennedy, (Non-Executive Director)

Peter Kennedy, joined the board on 4 June 2003, is a senior partner with Madgwicks lawyers and has over 30 years experience in commercial law. He is the Chairman of Treasury Group's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee and a Director of Treasury Group Investment Services.

Reubert Hayes (Non Executive Director)

Reub Hayes has 41 years experience in investment management and stockbroking research, and was a founder and CEO of Ausbil Dexia Limited, a specialist wholesale boutique asset management operation. Mr Hayes was also a joint founder of Barclays Bank investment operations in Australia in 1984, and was CEO of that business for 12 years until 1996. Prior to this Mr Hayes held senior investment roles with AMP and Westpac. Mr Hayes is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Hayes is Chairman of Global Value Investors.

Reema Ramswarup (Company Secretary)

Reema Ramswarup is responsible for providing company secretarial services to the Treasury Group Board and across the Group. Reema has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Reema is also Company Secretary of Treasury Group Investment Services Limited, Orion Asset Management Limited, Treasury Asia Asset Management Limited, RARE Infrastructure Limited, Cannae Capital Partners Limited and Premium Investors Limited.

Joseph Ferragina, Chief Financial Officer

Joseph Ferragina leads the team responsible for accounting, finance and tax across the Group. Joseph also sits on the Boards of RARE Infrastructure, Orion Asset Management and Treasury Asia Asset Management (TAAM)

Christine Feldmanis, Managing Director ¬ Treasury Group Investment Services Ltd

Christine Feldmanis is the Managing Director of Treasury Group Investment Services Limited (TIS) and a Director of TG Investment Funds plc and Celeste Funds Management. TIS is responsible for all business support functions of the boutique managers including risk and compliance.

Rob Sullivan, Head of Distribution

Rob Sullivan leads the institutional and retail distribution team and has extensive experience in developing key long term client relationships and building assets under management derived both locally and globally for Treasury Group boutiques.
