You must inform our share registry of any change to your address in writing. You can do this online at www.investorcentre.com/au or contact our share registry for further information.


Do I have to notify the share registry of my tax file number?

You are not required by law to provide your tax file number (TFN) if you do not wish to do so. However, Treasury Group is required to withhold tax at the rate of 48.5% on any unfranked component of a dividend or interest paid to investors resident in Australia who have not supplied the company with a TFN or exemption form. How can I have my dividends deposited directly into my bank account?

You can instruct the Share Registry, Computershare Investor Services, to pay your dividends directly into a nominated bank account or other financial institution in Australia. To do this please go to www.investorcentre.com/au


What happens to uncashed dividend cheques?

Any cheques which remain uncashed after approximately one year from a dividend payment will be handed over to the Registrar of Unclaimed Monies of the State Revenue Office of Victoria, in accordance with the Unclaimed Monies Act 1962. Shareholders are reminded to cash cheques immediately or have their dividends directly deposited into their bank accounts.
