The business support services, offered to each boutique asset management business across the Group, and which each business is free to elect to use, cover a range of professional services, including:

• Legal and regulatory compliance for Australian Financial Service Licensees
• Full financial and accounting services
• Company secretarial support
• Human Resources support
• Investment Administration services
• Information Technology services
• Office and Business Administration services

These business support services are offered through Treasury Group’s wholly owned subsidiary Treasury Group Investment Services Limited (TIS), which holds an AFS licence and also offers Responsible Entity (RE) services to the boutique asset management businesses in the Group and selected third parties.

By creating a hub of shared services Treasury Group is able to engage in group buying power and in so doing achieve maximum economies of scale, for the benefit of the entire business.
