Michael Fitzpatrick, Chairman

Mike Fitzpatrick joined the board on 5 October 2004. He was the founder and Managing Director of Hastings Funds Management Limited. Prior to establishing Hastings in 1994, he was a Director of Credit Suisse First Boston. He is also a Director of Rio Tinto Ltd, Rio Tinto plc, a commissioner of the Australian Football League and former Chairman of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation and Australian Sports Commission.

Mr Fitzpatrick is a member of Treasury Group's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee and a Director of Investors Mutual Limited.

Peter Kennedy, Non-Executive Director

Peter Kennedy, joined the board on 4 June 2003, is a senior partner with Madgwicks lawyers and has over 30 years experience in commercial law. He is the Chairman of Treasury Group's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee and a Director of Treasury Group Investment Services.

Reubert Hayes, Non Executive Director

Reub Hayes has 41 years experience in investment management and stockbroking research, and was a founder and CEO of Ausbil Dexia Limited, a specialist wholesale boutique asset management operation. Mr Hayes was also a joint founder of Barclays Bank investment operations in Australia in 1984, and was CEO of that business for 12 years until 1996. Prior to this Mr Hayes held senior investment roles with AMP and Westpac. Mr Hayes is a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 Mr Hayes is Chairman of the Nominations Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee and Chairman of Global Value Investors.

Melda Donnelly, Non Executive Director

Melda Donnelly joined the Board on 28 March 2012.  She is the Founder and former Chairperson of the Centre for Investor Education (CIE), a specialist education and consultancy firm for executives in Australian and overseas superannuation funds, institutional investment bodies and the financial services market.

Ms Donnelly's previous work experience includes CEO of the Queensland Investment Corporation, Deputy Managing Director of ANZ Funds Management and Managing Director of ANZ Trustees.

Ms Donnelly was the Deputy Chairperson of the Victorian Funds Management Corporation and a current Non-Executive Director of Ashmore Group plc.  In addition Ms Donnelly is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Oxford University Centre for Ageing.

Ms Donnelly has a BComm from the University of Queensland and is a Chartered Accountant.

Reema Ramswarup, Company Secretary

Reema Ramswarup is responsible for providing company secretarial services to the Treasury Group Board and across the Group. Reema has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia.

Reema is also Company Secretary of Treasury Group Investment Services Limited, Orion Asset Management Limited, Treasury Asia Asset Management Limited, AR Capital Management Pty Limited, Global Value Investors Limited and Premium Investors Limited.

Andrew McGill, Chief Executive Officer 

 Andrew McGill has more than 20 years financial markets experience, including investment and management experience within the alternative asset sector of the funds management industry.  He joined Treasury Group as Chief Executive Officer in July 2011 and has overall responsibility for management of the business including the company’s investment and partnering activities.  

Prior to joining Treasury Group Andrew was a founding partner of Crescent Capital, an independent mid-market private equity firm, where he lead the successful development of that business from 2000 to 2010.  Prior to establishing Crescent, Andrew held senior roles within Macquarie Bank’s Corporate Finance and Direct Investment teams.  Previous to that he was a strategy consultant with LEK Partnership.   

Andrew is a Director of Orion Asset Management, Global Value Investors, Investors Mutual and Treasury Asia Asset Management.   

Joseph Ferragina, Chief Financial Officer

Joseph Ferragina leads the team responsible for accounting, finance and tax across the Group. Joseph also sits on the Boards of RARE Infrastructure, Orion Asset Management, Treasury Asia Asset Management (TAAM), Celeste Funds Management and Treasury Group Investment Services Limited (TIS).
